Mary C. (Smith) Lang, 89, Sandusky, died Sunday, January 17, 2021, at her residence.
She was born in Sandusky on December 24, 1931 to the late Norman and Wilma (Young) Smith.
Mary enjoyed boating, reading, puzzles, and spending time with the family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Milissa Lang; sons, Emil "Butch" Lang III, David (Rhonda) Lang, Scott (Pamela) Lang and Robin (Sheila) Lang; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, David O'Dourity; special friend, Joyce Lombardy; and her cat, Pixie..
She was preceded in death by her husband Emil "Sonny" Lang Jr.; parents; children, Ronald Lang, Susan Lang, and Danny Lang; brother, Eugene N. Smith; sisters-in-law, Janet Smith and Ilah O'Dourity.
At her request cremation will take place and a private service with entombment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to the Diabetes Association. Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky is handling the arrangements.
