Cody M. Urbine, 26, of Upper Sandusky and formerly of Norwalk passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 15, 2021 in Mansfield, Ohio.
He was born October 5, 1994 in Norwalk and had attended Willard City Schools. Cody's hobbies included karaoke, working outside, and helping others.
He is survived by his parents, Mark and Angela (Miller) Urbine of Upper Sandusky; his stepmother Heather Brewster of Mansfield; his son, Kamryn Peterson; siblings, Ashley (Eric) Sheperd of New Washington, Ohio, Amanda (Nathan) McElfresh of Norwalk, Mark (Mindy) Urbine, Jr. of North Fairfield, Seth Urbine and Cory (Madi Lewis) Urbine both of Mansfield, Dylan Jones of Norwalk, Marissa Urbine and Mikayla (Shyloe Hartman) Urbine both of Upper Sandusky, Timothy Urbine and Ryan Urbine both of Willard, Christian Urbine and Kaylianna Urbine, both of Lorain, Heavenli Urbine of Green Springs; grandfathers, David (Grace) Urbine of Clyde, Gary Miller, Sr. of Collins; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Arianna Urbine; one niece, Isabella Urbine; grandmother, Marcia Rickley; grandmother and step grandfather, Regina and Ernest Johnson.
