Sara K. Austin, 34, residing in Sandusky, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 21, 2021 at Stein Hospice Care Center following a brief illness.
Sara was born on December 20, 1986 in Tyler, TX to Ronald Adams and Ronette Skaggs.
Sara graduated from Perkins High School in 2006 and received her Associate's degree from the Ohio Business College in 2017. She worked in medical records at Sandusky Family Practice and had most recently been employed at Parts Authority in Huron. Sara was a member of Harvest Baptist Temple in Clyde. She enjoyed art, horses, music, her 3 babies, and spending time with her family and friends.
Sara is survived by her by her mother and step-father, Ronette and Randolph Skaggs of Sandusky; children, Kyleigh, Gabriella and Dallas; sister, Angela (James) Kessler of Sandusky; brothers, Wade (Misty) Fearing of NC, Randall Fearing of NC and Jason (Estelle) Fearing; special cousin, Mandy Fay; special friends, Susie Villarreal and Renee Clayton and many other special friends, family, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her father, Ronald, Sara is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Reginald and Janice Skaggs and paternal grandparents, Leo Adams and Estelle Drake.
A celebration of life will be held and announced at a later date to be held at Harvest Baptist Temple with Pastor Allen Holmes to officiate. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
