Susan J. Hedberg, 79, of Sandusky passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 in the Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.
She was born March 15, 1941 in Sandusky and was a 1959 graduate of Sandusky High School.
Sue was employed for 27 years with the Sandusky City Schools as a secretary. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Sandusky. Sue enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians, and cherished the times spent with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jack Hedberg; one son, Dan Hedberg; one daughter, Kim Piotrowski; three grandchildren, Taylor Hedberg, Mike Piotrowski and Nicole Piotrowski; and two great grandchildren, Ryker and Nyla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marian (Rittman) Maus.
Private family services will be held in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
