Warren "Darby" "Pim" Setzler age 88 of Willard passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky.
He was born February 6, 1923 in Bellevue the son of the late Carl George & Florence H. (Dick) Setzler.
Darby retired in 1984 from the NKP and N&W Railroads. He served in the United States Army. He was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Flat Rock, the UTU and a life member of the Bellevue VFW.
He is survived by his wife, Daisy Marie (Case) Setzler whom he married June 6, 1942 in Erie, PA, sons David Setzler of Bellevue, Darryl Setzler of Clyde 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents his daughter, Judy Brenzo, son, Dale Setzler, sisters, Doris Willis, Mary Aston, Margaret VanMeter, brothers, George and Bob Setzler preceded him in death.
Friends will be received Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 4 - 8pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 am officiated by Rev. Bruce Kent. Burial with military honors will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde.
