John Henry Cohen, formerly of Sandusky passed away March 25th in Huntingdon, Pa.
Born to Simon Cohen and Cora Lee on September 1st, 1944, he resided in Sandusky for many years, until he moved to Youngstown, Ohio to pursue his passion for driving trucks.

Leaving to cherish his memory and missing him dearly his daughters, Felecia Gowdy, Marietta, GA, Theresa Moore, Sandusky, and Shasheila Cohen , Pittsburgh, PA; sons, John Odom, Orlando, FL, and Terrance Colbert, Oxnard, CA; eighteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Cohen, Columbus, OH; and brother, Simon Cohen Jr., Columbus, OH; special niece, Ellise (Jimmy) Gaston, Columbus, OH; special aunt, Minnie Ruffin, Sandusky; along with special nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Simon Cohen and Cora Lee; grandparents, Essie and Major Ruffin I, Ruth Ruffin, Minnie and Jake Lee; uncles, Major Ruffin II, Frison Ruffin, Henry Ford and Ellis Cohen; aunts, Louise Wilson, Louberta Brown, Alberta Sykes and Ruthie Lee Ruffin; granddaughter, Tamara Blakely; and other family.
Family and friends are welcome to cherish his life on Saturday April 17th with a Memorial Service at 2 pm at Shoreline Park. Bishop Rufus GW Sanders will officiate.
