Patrick Paul Davis 39, Sandusky, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was born on March 18, 1982 in Milan, OH.
Patrick was an avid outdoorsman with a large family and wide circle of friends. He was a champion of the underdog and a lover of animals and children. He shared his heart with everyone he met; making him an easy friend to everyone who knew him. Patrick was a man with many talents, and frequently shared them with his friends and family. He was an exceptional cook, an artist, a skilled craftsman, the quintessential hunter/fisherman, and the best man with a knife any of us have known. Those who knew Patrick surely have many fond memories of his unique spirit. He had a special kinship with the children in his family and christened each child with their own special nickname. Patrick touched many lives, and he will be sorely missed by more people than he realized.
Patrick is survived by his parents, Jo Dee and John Davis; brothers, Jeremiah (Margaret Camille) and James Davis; sister, Bethany Davis; children, Kayliegh Holliday-Davis, Jadyn, and Alyssa Davis; grandson, Bryson Gibbs; his partner, Tracy Carey; grandmother, Dee Cearfoss; aunts, Hei Dee Violette, Doe Dee (Dave) Zielske, and Laura (Jeff) Stacklin; uncles, Toby (Roberta) Notestine, and Rob (Suella) Davis; nephews and nieces, Parker and Loralie Sanders and Clara, Avaline, Gideon, and Roger Davis; numerous cousins who remember Patrick with howling laughter and fond memories.
Patrick was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Roger Notestine, Richard Cearfoss, and Paul Davis; and grandmother, Ruth Ann Miller.
Family and friends are invited to a remembrance service at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Patrick's memory to any children's or animal charity, or recovery organization of choice.
