Paul F. Barnum, 73, residing in Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly Monday, July 19, 2021 at Firelands Regional Medical Center.
Paul was born on October 9, 1947 in Sandusky, OH to Howard and Mary (Peterson) Barnum.
Paul graduated from Sandusky High School. He retired from General Motors Delphi in Sandusky in 2006 after 32 years of service. He attended St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Paul is survived by his wife, Denise (Havice) Barnum, whom he married on October 21, 2006. He is also survived by his daughters, Emily (Jason) Mock of Sandusky and Mary (James) Harakal of Norwalk; sons, James (Heidi) Barnum of Berkeley Heights, NJ and Shawn Barnum of Sandusky; father, Howard Barnum; step-sons, Jeremy Wassermann of Sandusky and Chase (Kylie) Grealy of Huron; grandchildren, Andrew Barnum, Austin Thompson, Rafe Barnum, Ashlynn Thompson, Trey Barnum, June Wassermann, Maverick Harakal, Maddison Harakal and Twyla Grealy; great-granddaughter, Paisley Barnum; brothers, Lester (Jackie) Barnum of GA and William (Kim)Barnum of Sandusky and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to his mother, Mary, Paul is preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl Cleavenger.
