William H. Felton, 84, Sandusky, died Saturday, October 2, 2021, in Cleveland Metro Hospital.
He was born on May 13, 1937 in Kent, OH to the late Frank and Agnes (Spellman) Felton.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Germany.
William worked for Ford Motor Co. retiring in 1997 after 30 years of service.
He was a member of New Life Church, V.F.W. Post 2529, Sandusky, loved attending flea markets, auctions, fishing, and playing cards. William loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Cynthia (Moe) Garlock, Clyde, Karen (Art) Gingery, Norwalk, Tina Schiffel, and Joe (Kim) Felton both of Huron, and Jeanette Richardson, San Tan Valley, AZ; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Clara Wells, Helen Whitted, Grace Sommerville, and Rita (Jerry) White; brothers-in-law, Homer Lucas and Al Brown; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Felton in 2013; parents; sisters, Dorothy in infancy, Mary Lucas, Jean Fultz, and Mildred Brown; brother, Frank Delton; brothers-in-law, Howard Whitted, Bob Fultz, and Shorty Wells; sister-in-law, Jeanette Felton.
Friends may call on Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. in New Life Church, 6511 Milan Rd., Sandusky. Rev. John Adams will officiate. Entombment will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
Memorial contributions may be made in William's name to New Life Church or the American Cancer Society.
