Ellen R. (Dunham) Supp, 78, residing in Huron, peacefully passed away Monday, November 15, 2021 at Stein Hospice Care Center.
Ellen was born on June 19, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to the late Clifford Dunham and Rita (Manion) Feighan.
With over 30 years of love, support and sobriety in AA, Ellen was helped and helped others facing life's struggles. Ellen was well known throughout the community through her different careers over the years as the director of the Erie County Humane Society; and secretary and treasurer for both the Safety Council of the Erie County Chamber of Commerce and the Cedar Point Property Owners Association.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, including her beloved husband, Joseph J. Supp, whom she married May 18, 1963. She is also survived by her daughter, Tracy (Mel) Burich of FL and son, Joey Supp of Cleveland. She was grandma to Jaime, Tyler and Elaina (Cody) and great-grandma to Charlie. She is also survived by her brother, Christopher (Deborah) Dunham of FL and many friends, too many to list.
In addition to her parents, Ellen is preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy and Larry Dunham.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
