Kristoffer T. Romell, 32, of Sandusky passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 22, 2021, at his residence.
He was born August 17, 1989, in Norwalk and was a 2007 graduate of Sandusky High School.
He has worked at Walmart and the Kalahari Resort in the past and for the last five plus years he has worked at Sam's Club in Sandusky.
Kristoffer was an enormous gamer and was known as the Sonic Monkey King in the avatar world. He traveled to various Anime and Comic-Con conventions. He enjoyed going to new movies, especially Marvel movies with his family. Kristoffer loved food and often amazed his family by his food consumption.
He is survived by his mother, Shelley (Steve Borzymowski) Romell of Sandusky; his father Thomas (Becca) Romell, Jr. of Sandusky; sister, Kaylee (Aaron Alexander) Romell of Sandusky; two nieces, Kymora and Airee Alexander; paternal grandfather, Thomas (Patty) Romell, Sr.; aunt, Amy (Troy) Kurtz; uncles, Mark (Beth Peterman) Lambert, Mike (Theresa) Romell, Mark (Shaunda) Romell, Matt Romell, Tim (Justine) Romell, Stephen (Brenda) Belcher, Craig (Kiera) Yost, Logan Ransom, and Sydney Ransom; cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dr. Virgil and Carol Lambert, and his paternal grandmother, Bonnie Mowry.
Friends may call from 1:00 pm until time of funeral service at 3:00 pm Saturday, November 27, 2021, in the
Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Pastor Harvey Studer will officiate. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
