Franklin R. "Boze" Scott, 101, of Sandusky, died on Sunday, November 28, 2021 from complications of COVID-19.
He was born on January 4, 1920 in Toledo, Ohio. He worked as a pile driver and retired from Local 1929 Cleveland, Ohio in 1982. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his daughter, Janet (Ernest) Thomas; sons, Zane (Sharon) Scott and Jack (Cheryl) Scott. He had several grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Boze was preceded in death by his sons, Tim (Dorothy) Scott and Terry (Joan) Scott; grandsons, Bruce Scott and Micheal Thomas; wife, Florence (Klinger-Azbell) Scott; first wife, Lillian (Hansen); and parents, Jess Scott and Silvia (Grow) Scott.
A family graveside service will be held at Castalia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Castalia Congregational United Church of Christ in Castalia, Ohio.
