James "Cho" F. Dreschel Jr., 59, residing in Sandusky, passed away Tuesday morning, December 7, 2021 at Firelands Regional Medical Center.
James was born on July 2, 1962 in Sandusky, OH to James F. Sr. and Rita G. (Galindo) Dreschel.
James graduated from Margaretta High School. He was employed at the former A-1 Rental for many years. James was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. James was an avid Cleveland sports fan. He enjoyed making model cars, his 1986 SS Monte Carlo, Toft's vanilla milkshakes, DeMoore's perch sandwiches and spending time with his mother and family.
James is survived by his mother, Rita; , brother, John (Andrea) Dreschel of Sandusky; nephews, Cris (Linda) Dreschel and J. (Laura Jeane) Dreschel both of Sandusky; nieces, Krissy (Rich) Pellegrino and Jessica Dreschel both of Boston, MA; great-nephews and nieces, Trent, Taylor, Laurionna, Issaiah, Logan, Emmelene and Penelope; sister-in-law, Donna Dreschel of Sandusky and his aunts and several cousins.
James is preceded in death by his father, James F. Dreschel Sr. and brother, Ronald Dreschel.
Memorial services will be held and conducted at a later date. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
