Margaret Ladd Douglass, 74, of Marblehead, passed away on December 23, 2021 at Otterbein North Shore.
"Ladd," as she was known, was born on July 12, 1946 in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. She trained at Stanford University in radiology and worked at The Ohio State University Hospital for many years.
She loved her sports teams, the Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Ohio State football. (We're happy she didn't know her Tribe changed their name.) She had many little Pomeranians she loved dearly.
Ladd is survived by her brother, George; and sisters, Jane and Mowry. She was beloved by her many nephews, nieces, and great-nephews and -nieces. They loved her storytelling and her made-up songs.
Cremation will take place. A celebration of Ladd's life will take place in the summer of 2022 at Lakeside, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local hospice organization. She was treated so well by her own hospice care team.
