Barbara Ellen (Steitz) Herb, 88 of Sandusky and residing in Castle Rock, CO passed away on Christmas, December 25, 2021
She was born on May 7, 1933 in Sandusky, Ohio. She retired from Providence Hospital in 1969 as a physical therapist aide. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Sandusky, OH. She was a member of the V.F.W. and American Legion, ladies auxiliary of Sandusky, OH. She also volunteered for a number of years at the Sandusky State Theater.
Mrs. Herb is survived by her two daughters; Catherine (Ken) Latimer, Christy (Keith) Wohlever, seven grandchildren, and brother; Fred Steitz.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Mabel (Riser) Steitz, husband, Richard Charles Herb and sister; Donna Ferguson,
A Private Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky, OH. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
