Pamela L. (Brown) Powers, 68, of Huron, died on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Stein Hospice Care Center.
Pam was born in Sandusky on February 11, 1953 to the late Carl Brown, Jr. and Marion (Betty) (Butts) Perry.
Pam was the president of her senior class at Port Clinton High School and began her college education at Marietta College before transferring and subsequently graduating from Bowling Green State University with her bachelor's degree. She had a long career of public service in both school systems and local government. Pam dearly loved her family, friends, animals, helping people and animals in need, and the Lord.
Pam will be remembered fondly by her son, Jeff; daughter, Cara; five grandchildren; as well as her two brothers, Jeff (Sue) and Bob Brown; stepsister, Donna (Perry) Moore; and stepmother, Susi Brown.
At Pamela's request, cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter.
