Phyllis Barnhart, 82, of Bellevue, OH passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Fremont Memorial Hospital. She was born October 28, 1939 in Bellevue, OH, to the parents of John and Ann Guloski (Frisch).
She loved spending time with her friends playing cards. Phyllis was a member of Red Hats and the Bellevue Eagles. She loved watching her grandsons play sports. Phyllis was also a huge Cavs fan & enjoyed watching the Indians & Browns.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Brad (Jill) Ruhlman, grandchildren: Kade (Casie) Ruhlman of California, Cody (Brittany) Ruhlman of Bellevue, and Trey Ruhlman of Bellevue; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Barnhart; brother: John Guloski; and sister: Margaret Kegerreis.
Friends will be received Friday, February 18, 2022 from 4-6pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH.
