Christine G. (Fuller) Weyer
March 3, 1947 - March 15, 2022

Christine G. (Fuller) Weyer, 75, residing in Alexandria, VA. went gently to be with Jesus on March 15, 2022.

Christine was born on March 3, 1947 in Columbus, OH to the late James Osborn and Marjorie Crossette (Hall) Fuller. She graduated from Ohio University and went on to serve as a speech and language pathologist for St. Peter Catholic Church, as well as Erie County and Huron County Speech and Language Departments for 28 years. Her love of children and the community was evident in all she did. Christine was an active member of St. Peter Catholic Church, where she participated in the women's prayer group. She was also a member of the Ohio Speech Language Hearing Association, Our Lady of the Lake Huron Magnificent Chapter, Firelands Dulcimer Group, Take Heart Worship Group, Joyful Jammers for Admiral's Pointe Nursing Home, Huron Community Prayer Path and Labyrinth, the Happy Quilting Group for the homeless and the Canopy of Glory Prayer Group. In her spare time Christine, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing and teaching music, and enjoying nature.

Christine is survived by her son, Michael James Weyer of Heber City, UT; sister, Teri Gennarelli of Alexandria, VA; brothers, Nate Fuller of Huron and Richard Fuller of St Paul, MN; sisters-in-law, Liz Markley of Huron, Ann McVetta of Sandusky, Suzi Weyer of Port Clinton, Amy Brady of Phoenix. AZ and Mary Lee Shanley of Mystic, CT and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Christine is preceded in death by her husband, Steven James Weyer and brother-in-law, David L. Weyer.

Steven & Christine Weyer were married for 51 years. They were kind to each other and lived a great life together. They enjoyed sharing their love and kindness with family, friends and the community. They will both be deeply missed.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 10:30 am St. Peter Catholic Church, 430 Main St., Huron. Father Jeffrey McBeth will officiate. A reception will be in the church hall directly after the service. Private family burial will be held in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
