Shirley A. Wollam

Shirley A. Wollam, 77, of Monroeville passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in the MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland following a brief illness.

She was born September 26, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio and was a 1963 graduate of Milan High School.

She was employed as the caretaker of the Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene, retiring in 2016.
She was a member of the Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene.

Shirley enjoyed reading, gardening, flowers, her beloved dogs, Hershey, Chloe, River, Koda, and Renn, and the memories shared with her grandchildren. Shirley was known as Mom, Grandma, Muga, and Nonnie and answered to all of them.

She is survived by one daughter, Beth Kime of Monroeville; three grandchildren, the favorite, Paul Blake (Maleah) Kime of Monroeville, Airman Brooke Noelle Kime, stationed in San Antonio, TX, and Braden James Chapman of Monroeville; one great grandson, Jonah Wollam (Little Fellow) Kime; one brother, Richard (Jane) Wollam of Winchester, TN; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold S. and Bertha L. (Moore) Wollam; and one brother, Kenneth Wollam.

A celebration of life will take place in August when Shirley's granddaughter, Airman Brooke Kime is on leave from the U.S. Air Force.
