Tammy (Henry) Dewiel, age 62, of New London, passed away, Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Gaymont Nursing Center.
She was born September 18, 1959, in Gallipolis, OH to the late Robert and Jessie Joann (Lane) Henry.
She was a painter and had a passion for music and concerts. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed fishing, spending time with her grandchildren and was known as a jokester. She was an animal lover, especially enjoyed her cat "boy".
She is survived by her children, Angela Schiffer of Mansfield, Art (Brittany) Dewiel of Norwalk, Rodney Dewiel of New London and Kimberly Dewiel of Clarksfield; grandchildren, Hailey, Caitlynn, Brenndon, Brooklyn, Tessa, Lexi, Max, Jaxsin and Travis; her siblings, Kathy (Dave) Illig of TX, Kay (Fred) Leimeister of Collins, and Robert "Will" Henry of Norwalk; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Michael (LaDonna) Henry.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Monday, August 29, 2022, from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at a later date at Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
