Brian Scott Curless, 62, of Clyde died at The Cleveland Clinic on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 following a battle with cancer.
Brian was born in Bellevue, Ohio on August 27, 1960 to Joann (Giedeman) and James Curless.
He was a member of the 1978 Clyde High School graduating class. Brian was also a member of the Clyde VFW, Eagles and MOOSE.
Brian enjoyed vacationing with friends and playing games on his computer.
For 35 years, he worked at Capitol Aluminum, finishing as a trainer.
On July 13, 2002 he married Sherryl Temple. She survives. Also surviving are children, Carrie (Ryan) Daugherty of Huron, Jamie (Ray) Back of Bellevue; Chasity (Paul) Campbell of Tiro; Richard (Melissa) Poth of Bellevue; Mary (Scott) Hiler of New Washington and Joshua (Tina) Poth of Crown City, Ohio. Brian's mother, Joann Curless survives in Clyde.Twenty grandchildren and three great grandchildren survive as well. One brother, Steven Curless survives in Clyde.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, and four brothers, Kevin, Michael, Richard and Tracy.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 10:00 am until the service at 11:00 am with Pastor Rose Jones.
