Bernardo Buathier, 92, residing in Huron, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
Bernardo was born on February 4, 1930 in Manizales, Colombia, SA, one of six children of the late Frederic and Ana (Ozorio) Buathier.
He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sandusky and retired from Delphi after almost 30 years of employment.
Bernardo is survived by his wife of 72 years, Maria (Perez) Buathier, daughter, Ruby (Tim) Lewis , sons, Victor (Jill) Buathier, Julio Buathier, Richard (Danielle) Buathier and Bobby (Cathy) Buathier, grandchildren, Brian, Bradley, Phoenikx, Addison, Brice, Gabrielle and Benjamin and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.Bernardo is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Maggie.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10am, Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Holy Angels Catholic Church. 428 Tiffin Ave, Sandusky, with Fr. Jacob George presiding. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, Sandusky assisted the family with arrangements.
