William "Bill" Jule Emery, III, 63, of Fremont, OH passed into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, December 3, 2022. He is no longer suffering after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Loved ones surrounded him at home.
He was born on August 15th, 1959 in Fremont, Ohio to Dorothy Mae (Jackson) Emery and William Jule Emery, Jr. He was a 1977 graduate of Bellevue High School.
Bill worked as a mechanic at Plaza Lanes, Fremont, Ohio for many years. He loved bowling, cards, video games, keno, and movies. He enjoyed golfing with his brothers and nephews.
He is survived by his daughter, Christina Emery (Robert Steele) of Tiffin, OH, and her mother, Donna Hall of Bellevue, OH. Surviving siblings include Sandra (Charles) Rhoad of Catawba, OH, Larry (Pam) Emery of Wadsworth, OH, Richard (Rebecca) Emery of Huron, OH, and Melesa (Shannon) Norman of Simon Island, GA. Nephews and nieces include Jeffery (Susan)
Harvey, and Gregory (Anna) Harvey both of Clyde, OH, Heather Emery and Jonathon Emery of Wadsworth, OH, Jessica Emery of Huron, OH, Jacqueline (Allan) Stacy, of Simon Island, GA, Aaron (Sunny) Emery and Elisabeth Emery of Clyde, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roger D. Emery.
He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts. A celebration of life will be held for family and close friends on Monday, December 12th, 2022 from 2 pm to 5 pm at Plaza Lanes in Fremont, Ohio.
