Timothy "Tim" B. Cooper

Timothy "Tim" B. Cooper, 66, of Norwalk, passed away late Wednesday evening, December 28, 2022, at home under the care of Stein Hospice.

Tim was born on June 20, 1956, in Norwalk, OH, to the late Kenneth Cooper and Mary (Camp) Fannin.

Tim grew up in the Collins area and graduated from Western Reserve High School in 1974. After graduating, he moved to Norwalk, and began his career in the concrete industry. Tim was employed at William Dauch Concrete for over 20 years and Smith Paving & Excavating for 16 years. He later retired from the Laborer's Union Local #860. Tim is remembered for his love of fishing on Lake Erie, participating in demo derbies, and playing Texas hold ‘em.

Tim is survived by his daughter, Jessica Cooper of Toledo; son, Justin (Ashley) Cooper of Norwalk; granddaughters, Madison Raistrick, Trystian Swartz, and Lydia Swartz; grandsons, Westin T. Cooper and Waylon A. Cooper; great-granddaughter, Rayleigh M. Sherlock; sisters, Susan (Ron) Marcum of Norwalk, Tina Smith of Florida, and Denise (Mike) Watts of Florida, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives.

In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his stepfather, "Daddy" Bill Fannin; son, Travis L. Cooper; daughter in infancy, Jennifer L. Cooper; granddaughter in infancy, Jaiden L. Raistrick, and a brother, Robert A. Cooper.

In accordance with Tim's wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
