Juanita J. (Pine) Myers, 85, of Ashland, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Stein Hospice Care Center after a sudden illness.
She was born on November 18, 1937 in New Washington, OH to the late Ellis and Hazel (Stoops) Pine.
She worked at Sawmill Creek for 27 years. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Juanita is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Danny) Howard, of Oak Harbor, and Paula Keysor, of Ashland; daughter-in-law, Alice Myers, of Hopkinsville, KY; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Ellen Cleavenger, of New London; brothers, Donald W. and Melvin Pine, both of Vermilion; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
In addition to parents, Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, William Myers, whom she married on January 13, 1954; daughter, Patricia Myers; son, Michael Myers; granddaughter, Stephanie Barnhart; sisters, Vera Boterf, Maye Ganda, Margaret Bozicevich, Ethel Concar, and Lenore Heineck; and brother, Eugene Pine.
Friends may call on Wednesday, January 4 from 4-7 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Funeral services will be at 1 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home. Her son-in-law, Rev. Danny Howard will officiate. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park.
