Nancy A. Hoffecker, 88, residing in Norwalk, Ohio, passed away at home on Monday night, February 20, 2023.
She was born on October 26, 1934, in Garfield Heights, Ohio to the late Jack and Lillian (Flaum) May.
Nancy was a woman with unbelievably strong faith, and incredible devotion to her children. She was extremely generous with her time and in service to others and was always sweet. In addition to raising her family and assisting her late husband Robert with his Podiatry Practice, Nancy was a church secretary at the Norwalk United Methodist Church and heavily involved in their circle group meetings, she was also the girls varsity tennis coach at Norwalk High School, and a 2019 inductee into the Eagle Creek "Heritage Park Honorees" wall of fame.
Nancy is survived by her sons, Charles of Sunbury and Jim of Norwalk; daughters, Susan Drawdy, Debra (Bill) Franzblau of San Diego, CA, and Tracey (Mike) Moyer of Milan; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Robert C. Hoffecker, in 2022, and brother, Allard May.
A celebration of Nancy's life is being planned for April 22, 2023, at Tracey's house. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Norwalk United Methodist Church, 60 W. Main St., Norwalk, Ohio 44857.
