Sharon (Case) Harris, Sandusky, daughter of the late Andy Case, Sr. and Lecretia (Blanton) Case, was born on July 31, 1951 in Floyd County, Kentucky. Sharon departed this life valiantly on March 1, 2023.
Sharon was united in marriage to the late Laudie Bowen. To this union four children were born, James, JoLynda, Jeremy Scott, and Shandra.
In 1994, Sharon was united in marriage to Howard D. Harris, Jr. This combined union established a family of 5 children: The late James Bowens, JoLynda Bowen, Jeremy Scott (Mandy) Bowen, Justin D. Harris, and Jeramy (Jamle) Butler. With open and loving arms, this family increased to included grand-daughter Skyanna Pauley.
Sharon received a Master's of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She was a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor and licensed as a professional clinical counselor by the State of Ohio Board of Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Counselors. She worked tirelessly in her field in Norwalk, Port Clinton, Fremont, and Sandusky. She retired from Firelands Counseling Services in 2020.
Sharon was preceded in death by both her parents, her eldest son, James Bowen, and her daughter, Shandra Bowen, in infancy.
Sharon leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband, Howard D. Harris, Jr., her daughter, JoLynda Bowen, her sons, Jeremy Scott (Mandy) Bowens, Justin D. Harris, and Jeramy (Jamie) Butler; six grandchildren, Skyanna Pauley, Talia, Ben and Paige Bowens, Ryan and McKenzie Harris. She also leaves to mourn her passing her sisters, Cynthia Jo (David) Singer, Sue (Doug) Mackey, Lynda (Tim) Dick, Brenda (Dewayne) Harvey; brother, Andy (Cathy) Case, Jr.; her aunt, Bobbie Goebel, a host of family and friends.
