David Gregg II, 52, of Fremont passed away Friday, March 17, 2023, at The Bellevue Hospital. He was born August 16, 1970, in Fremont, Ohio the son of David Gregg Sr. and Carol (Winke) VanFleet.
David was a 1988 graduate of Clyde High School. He had a passion for sports that began when he was a child, he excelled in football, basketball, and baseball in high school. He loved watching any sport, he was avid fan of the Browns, Indians, and Buckeyes. He also enjoyed golfing, sprint car racing, and fishing.
David had an infectious personality, always enjoyed a good joke and being with others. He loved his children and his grandchildren.
He is survived by his mother, Carol VanFleet; children: Logan (Chelsee) Gregg and Bralyn (Donnie) Snyder; grandchildren: Rilynn Gregg and Stella Snyder; siblings: Melanie Carroll, Jeremy (Sarenne) Gregg, and Josh (Michelle) Gregg; and his girlfriend, Geri Cantu.
In addition to his father, David "Twister" Gregg, David is preceded in death by stepmother, Teri Gregg and stepfather, Paul Kastor.
Friends will be received on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 2 p.m. until a time of remembrance begins at 4 p.m. at Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy., Clyde.
