Michael Saylor, 37, of Bayview, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
He was born on January 14, 1986 in Sandusky, Ohio and was a graduate of Margaretta High School in 2004.
He was a generous soul and would give you the shirt off his back. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed four-wheeling, boating and fishing, water skiing and snowboarding; he was also an avid reader.
He is survived by one son, Camden Hineline, his mother and step-father, Tracy and Ben Chapman, his father, Bill Saylor (Sue), two step-brothers, Travis Chapman and Justin Crank and his maternal grandmother, Nancy Chiow.
Michael is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents John and Barb Saylor and his maternal grandfather, Max Rhonehouse.
Friends may call on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave., Sandusky until time of memorial service at 1 p.m.
