Jean Marie Seeholzer, 79, residing in Sandusky, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023 at Admiral's Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after a lengthy illness.
Jean was born on March 15, 1944 in Sandusky, OH to the late Raymond and Marceda (Weil) Krawetzki.
Jean was a 1962 Perkins High School graduate. She taught elementary school at Kelley's Island. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, reading, the warm sunshine, family picnics and holidays, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jean is survived by her son, Keith Seeholzer of Sandusky, OH; sisters, twin sister, Judy (Paul) Lucal of Monroeville, OH and Karen (Gary) Krinn of Newark, OH; brother, Robert (Jerelene) Krawetzki of Berlin Heights, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Lyle R. Seeholzer in 2008.
Friends may call on Friday April 28, 2023 from 9 AM until the time of funeral services at 11 AM at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH with Pastor Stacy Lauer presiding. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, OH.
