Gene A. "Gus" Feaga, 89, residing in Sandusky, passed away Friday, April 28.
He was born on May 8, 1933, in Sandusky to the late A. Charles and Mary (Cebull) Feaga.
He attended Sandusky High School and went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Gus retired from the State of Ohio Highway Department after many years of service.
He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Sandusky.
He is survived by his sister Marylin Geiger of New Washington, Ohio, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Including his parents, Gus was preceded in death by his three brothers Charles, Donald, and Richard Feaga.
Friends may call on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 9 AM until the time of mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 510 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
The Groff Funeral Home and Crematory in Sandusky, are handling the arrangements for the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one's favorite charity.
