Linda G. Balsley, 80, residing in Norwalk and formerly of Sandusky, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023 at her home.
Linda was born on November 18, 1942 in Brownsville, PA to the late James and Lizetta (Harford) Balsley.
Linda graduated from Sandusky High School Class of 1960 and worked as a secretary at various places throughout her life. She was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church in Sandusky. Linda enjoyed being a part of a weekly lunch group and loved traveling, reading, and shopping. She was an animal lover, especially her dogs Coco, Tinker Bell, Happy and Ellie.
Linda is survived by her daughters, Jacquelyn (Edwin) Perez of Berlin Heights, OH, Dawn (Judy Belles) Ouellette of Sandusky, OH, and Nicole (Christopher) Martin of Green, OH; son, Deacon Patrick (Aletha) Ouellette of VA; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by a grandson, Alexander Martin.
Friends may call on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 9am until a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Ave., Sandusky with Fr. Monte Hoyles presiding. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky, OH.
