Mrs. Binger always saw the best in everyone, but never truly herself. What she doesn't know is that she has left a legacy in each person she has ever encountered. Her kind words of praise and encouragement, she soft voice when she would call us to wish us Happy Birthday, always fearful of taking our time are among the things that will never be forgotten.

She was a 1952 graduate of Bellevue High School and then later the Sandusky School of Practical Nursing. She had been a nurse at the former Providence Hospital in Sandusky, and then home health.
Mrs. Binger was a member of Mount Carmel Methodist Church. She had served on the School of Hope Board, which she truly held dear to her heart.
Lois loved to garden and then can the produce from that effort.
On July 10, 1954, she married Robert B. Binger. He, along with three children, Susan (Forrest) Cramer of Castalia; Robert M. Binger of Willard and Don W. (Carrie) Binger of Clyde survive. Thirteen grandchildren, Angela Cramer, Cody (Ellen) Cramer, Ben (Megan) Cramer and Jordan (Cory) Marvin; Jason Binger, Brittany (Grady) Sizemore, Ryker Binger, River Binger; Dale Churchill, Josh (Hilary) Churchill, Nick (Samantha) Churchill, Cole (fiancé' Haley) Binger and Jenna Binger, as well as nine great -grandchildren survive.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Binger in 1979 along with her siblings, Gladys Newman, Larry Moyer and Leo Moyer.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 10:00 am until the service at Noon at Mount Carmel Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve Engle officiating. Burial will be later in Parkhurst Cemetery.
