Donald Jr. and Lisa (Oakleaf) Brown both passed away on June 3, 2023, after an automobile accident. Donald was born July 31, 1955, in Sandusky, the son of the late Donald Sr. and Delores (Miller) Brown. Lisa was born September 20, 1957, in Tiffin, the daughter of Ellen (Brutcher) Frias and the late Elwell Oakleaf.
Donald and Lisa were both avid Ohio State Buckeyes fans, loved going to NHRA drag races across the country, and riding their Harley Davidson.
In addition to Lisa's mother, Donald and Lisa are survived by their children: Jordan Brown of Columbus and Melissa Hickman of Green Springs; 2 grandchildren: Zachary and Brady Hickman; Donald's siblings: Sam Brown, Annette Brown, and Lisa Vaught; and Lisa's siblings: Mike Oakleaf, Eddy Frias, Linda Krizan, Didi (Steve Frey) Miller, and Chris Heineman.
In addition to Donald's parents and Lisa's father, Donald and Lisa are preceded in death by Donald's siblings: Cindy Garn and Steve Brown; and Lisa's brother, Scott Oakleaf.
Donald and Lisa's family will be having a celebration of their lives on July 29, 2023, at 4:00pm at their home.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Green Springs Volunteer Fire Department, 120 Catherine St, PO Box 475, Green Springs, OH 44836.
