Laura Lee (Grills) Belfiore, 59, of Newcomerstown, passed away Friday July 21, 2023 at The James Cancer Hospital in Columbus.
She was born June 5, 1964 in Bay Village, Ohio to James and Mildred (Pierson) Grills.
Laura graduated from Firelands High School in 1982. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, baking, spending time with her husband,
Sam, and their rescued animals. She would often spend hours talking to anyone and was always willing to help someone or some animal in need. Her laugh and exuberant personality filled any room she walked into.
Laura is survived by her sister, Martha (Jim) Folds, of Wellington; brothers, John (Karen) Grills, of Wakeman, and Tony (Dora) Grills, of Wakeman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Sam; sister, Ramona (Grills) Campbell; and brother, Scott Grills.
Cremation will take place. Friends may call on Monday, July 31 from 4-6 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel, 16 Cooper St., Wakeman.
