Shella Denise "Niecy" Hearn, 52, Sandusky, went home to be with the Lord and her mother, Ruby, (who died on May 10, 2012) on Sunday (Mother's Day), May 13, 2012 at her residence.
She was born on March 28, 1960 in Steele, MO, and was a 1979 graduate of Sandusky High School. Niecy attended Bowling Green State University and Morgan State University, receiving her Bachelor of Science and Accounting.
She was employed as an accountant for Ernst & Whinney.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her father, Tommie Lee Hearn, Sandusky; siblings, Fredrick of Canton, OH, Caroline and Marquita of Maryland, Patricia (Johnny), Kenny, Dianna, and Kiniyuna, all of Sandusky, Karen and Mark (Yolanda), both of Columbus, OH, Bettie (David) Allen of North Carolina, and Nathaniel of Arizona; step-sister, Martha Straughter, Missouri; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby (Johnson) Hearn on May 10, 2012; and a step-brother, Tommie, Jr.
Homegoing services for her and her mother Ruby will be held Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 11 A.M. in Agape Love Ministries, 4013 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Bishop Clifton T. Jones, Sr. will officiate. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron. Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice Service, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky.
