Dominick P. Esposito, 76, residing in Sandusky, passed away early Saturday morning at Stein Hospice after a brief illness.
He was born on August 25, 1947 in Sandusky, OH to Michael and Mary (Wright) Esposito.
He was a graduate of Perkins High School. He retired from New Departure Hyatt GM plant following 30 years of service as a supervisor. Dominick was a member of Sandusky Lodge of Elks No. 285 and the Harley Owners Group. In his spare time, he enjoyed Harleys, traveling, fixing things, the Ohio State Buckeyes and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy (King) Esposito, whom he married in 1981. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Esposito of Sandusky; daughters, Dawn Esposito, Sandusky, Beth Perrin-Esposito, FL, Michelle (David) Denslow, Castalia; son, Domenic Esposito, Sandusky; grandchildren, Ramon, Harley, Noah, Todd and Coby; great-grandchild, River; sisters, Kathleen (Jim) Sumser, Sandusky, Severia (Joe) Cassel, Sandusky, Heidi (Lewis) Peters, Sandusky and Amy Esposito, Sandusky; sister-in-law, Sherry Esposito, Sandusky; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, Dominick is preceded in death by his father, Michael P. Esposito, his brother, Michael D. Esposito and granddaughter Tiffany Wirsche.
Friends may call on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 10 AM until time of services at 12 PM at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, 2602 Bogart Road, Huron, OH 44839.
