Allan S. Wirsche, 79, Sandusky, passed away Friday, September 29, 2023, in the Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born in Canada on June 6, 1943, to the late Daniel and Elsie (Feidler) Wirsche.
Allan was a truck driver for Heartland for many years.
He loved watching sports, fishing and traveling.
He is survived by his children, Pauline (Yancy) Wirsche, Donna Wirsche, and Danil S. (Patch) Wirsche all of Sandusky; grandchildren, Rachelle Wirsche, Jay Bruce, Danielle Bruce, Cameron Bruce, Austin Wirsche, Jordan Wirsche, Brittany Dickie, Sydney Wirsche, Taylor Wirsche, and Kenneth WIrsche Jr.; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Wesley (Zita) Wirsche, Peter Wirsche, and Donald (Pat) Wirsche; his loving in laws, the Delgado family; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Amila "Minnie" Wirsche, parents; granddaughter, Tiffany Wirsche; siblins, Kenneth R. Wirsche Sr., Jennifer Lynn Bruce, and Daniel A. Wirsche.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 4 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, with Rev. Ken Hiser officiating. Condolences may be made to the family by visiting toftfuneralhome.com.
