Juanita B. (Neely) Tucker, 90, of Wakeman, passed away Monday December 4, 2023 at her home after a lengthy illness.
She was born on November 3, 1933 in Kidder, KY to Willie and Mary (Jones) Neely.
She was employed for many years at Box Board Packaging in Norwalk. In her spare time, she enjoyed working in her flower gardens, cooking for anyone that stopped by to visit, and various church activities with her many friends. She will be missed by her supportive family that she loved very dearly.
Juanita is survived by her daughters; Doraleen Inmon, Doris (Chuck Stefaniak, daughter, Joyce (Ron) Slanczka; son, Robert Tucker; sisters, Glenna Tucker, Lena Mae New, Esteen Hammond; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Hulen Tucker in 1997; brothers, Billy, Gilbert, Junior, Oris and Elry Neely as well as 2 siblings in infancy.
Friends may call on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am until the time of the funeral at 11:00 am in the Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel, with Brad Hayes presiding. Burial will follow in Camden Cemetery.
