Mark "Uncle Mark" Wright, Sr., 52, of Sandusky, passed away early Friday morning, August 3, 2012 at his home.
He was born on July 21, 1960 in Sandusky to the late Lee Ella (Evans) Wright and Elaie Lanier.
Mark attended Sandusky High School. He worked at Elyria Foundry and Sandusky Plastics.
He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, playing the Ohio Lottery, and spending time with his family and friends.
Mark is survived by his fiancée, Karen Ellis; sisters, Delores (Sidney) Aaron and Patricia (Gerald) White; brother, Calvin (Leticia) Wright; step-sister, Pam McIntosh; step-brother, Timmy Lanier; grandson, Orion Ridgeway; special aunt and uncle, Mattie and Samuel Irby; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; goddaughter, Aaliyah Frazier; and special friends, Freeman Hunter and Ernest Frazier.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Rev. Curtis Wright, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Edwena and Charlie Richey; and aunt and uncle, Pearlie and Milton McDonald.
Friends may call on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. at Eagle's Nest Church, 2126 Pipe St., Sandusky. Rev. Darrell Gant will officiate.
