Larry Weber "Hippie", age 57, of Sandusky, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus.
He was born June 2, 1953 in Sandusky, and attended Margaretta High School. Following school, he served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He presently worked for Griff's Machine shop and also was a self employed mechanic, where he worked for Strokers Performance Bike Works. He enjoyed working on and building race cars and Harley-Davidsons. He loved racing his Ford Mustang at Summit Motor Sports, riding his Harley-Davidson, and spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his mother and step father Betty and Don Simpson, Lakeland, FL; one brother Dennis Weber, Talbott, TN; sister in-law Angela Weber, Whites Landing; niece Stephanie (Brock) Towner; two nephews Dennis Weber II and Mathew Weber; several great nieces and nephew; and many friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his father Edward Weber; brother Edward Weber; infant nephew Dennis Weber III.
