Zachary S. "Zac" Behrens, 2, of Huron, passed away on Thursday afternoon, September 20, 2012 in his home after a 23 month battle with a brain tumor.
He was born in Sandusky on May 5, 2010.
Zac was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Sandusky. He loved smiling, laughing, blowing kisses, his big sister, Alexis, and his "rattle and tubie".
Zac is survived by his parents, Dan and Katie (Meister) Behrens; sister, Alexis; grandparents; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends may call on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. in Zion Lutheran Church, 503 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 P.M. in the church. Memorial contributions may be made in Zac's memory to Zion Lutheran Church.
The family would like to give special thanks to everyone at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland, and all of Zac's followers on "Prayers for Zac".
