William R. "Speedy" Nuby, 48, formerly of Sandusky, died on Sunday, September 30, 2012, in Jackson, MS.
He was born on November 18, 1963 in Bellevue, OH.
Speedy loved to lift weights and spend time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Marie (Hunt) Nuby; mother, Hattie Nuby; grandmother, Edna Baker; children, Domini, Tristan, Amaris, Mikaiala, Nathanial, and Marciel; step-children, LaTasha Hunt, Alicia Hunt, and Donovan Jackson; eight grandchildren; sister, Sonya Nuby; brothers, Michael Nuby, Mark Nuby, and Orlando Nuby; special niece and nephews, Sean Westbrooks, Sidnee Westbrooks, and Rosiland Nuby; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Nuby; son, Todd; sister, Scarlett Thomas; brother, Andre Nuby; and a nephew, James Daniels.
Friends may call on Sunday, October 7, 2012, from 7-9 P.M. in the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 A.M. in Victory Temple, 1619 W. Strub Rd., Sandusky. Rev. Lonnie Walters will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Victory Temple.
