Robert "Bob" Karl Wagner, age 92 of Monroeville, died Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Erie County Care Center.
He was born May 22, 1920 in Norwalk to the late William and Ellen Wagner. He served in the US Army during World War II. He was a self-employed upholster for many years and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians and loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his nine children, Jerry Wagner, Karen Wagner, Debi Kelley, Scott Wagner, Bob Wagner, Julie Mejia, Eric Wagner, Malia Wagner and Thomas Wagner; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Pat Seitz.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter in infancy, Janice.
A military service will be held Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 1:30 P.M. at Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, Ohio.
