Joel Thomas Paul, 29, of Sandusky died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.
He was born February 8, 1983 in Sandusky and was a 2001 graduate of Margaretta High School. Joel had an Associates Degree from Terra Community College, with double majors in Business Administration and Sociology. He was employed at Bassett's Market in Ottawa County, Ohio and also worked for several years at the Bay View Center. Joel was an avid fan of the Detroit Lions and the Detroit Tigers.
He is survived by his parents: Thomas & Dorene (Orshoski) Paul, two sisters: Melanie and Denise Paul, two nephews: Caleb and Ty, his goddaughter: Addie Lynn, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Paul & Joyce Orshoski and John & Linda Paul, and a step grandmother: Marilyn Paul.
Friends may call Monday, November 5, 2012 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 AM at the Eagles Nest Church, 2126 Pipe Street, Sandusky. The Revs. Darrell Gant and Gene T. Paul will officiate. Committal services for the family will be in Perkins Cemetery.
