Joyce L. Heinzerling, 54, of Sandusky died early Sunday morning, November 4, 2012 in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky following a lengthy illness.
She was born November 1, 1958 in Akron, Ohio, moved to the Sandusky are in 1965, and was a 1978 graduate of Sandusky High School. Joyce was employed at the East Side Café, and prior to this, she worked for many years at Periodical Publishers' Service Bureau, Inc. She enjoyed bowling, and was a true animal lover.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Brian J. Heinzerling, her father: James R. Huth of Ocala, FL., her father-in-law: John Heinzerling of Castalia, two sisters-in-law: Jan (Keith) Good of Sandusky and Christine S. Huth of Tiffin, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Mondella J. Huth in 1992, two brothers: Patrick J. Huth in 2000, Michael J. Huth in 2003 and her mother-in-law: Phyllis Heinzerling in 1999.
Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 3:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 4:45 PM in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Father Jason Kahle will officiate.
