Donna M. Ramian, 83, of Norwalk, died early Wednesday morning, October 31, 2012 in Fisher Titus Medical Center.
She was born November 17, 1928 in Sandusky, Ohio to the late Lyle Kenneth and Mabel Loretta (Kessler) Sarr, and was raised in Norwalk, Ohio . She had lived in Punta Gorda, Florida for 17 years returning to this area in 2006. She was a former employee of Huron County Bank in New London, Ohio, former bookkeeper for Ruggles Inc., North Fairfield, Ohio, and Crow Lumber Company, in Norwalk, Ohio. Donna was a member of Norwalk First United Methodist Church and the Hunters Glen Book club. She was an avid reader, enjoyed cross stitching, computer time, and spending time with her family especially with her great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ted Ramian, of Norwalk, Ohio, by her son and daughter in law, Chuck and Jane Ruggles, Jr., of Greenwich, Ohio, by her daughter and son in law Diane S. and Jerry Meyer of Monroeville, Ohio, 6 grandchildren, Valerie Landoll, Andrew Meyer, Amanda Dixon, Alexandria Wilson, Nicholas Boose and Katie Rogerson and by 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Phyllis Miles and Barbara Bogard, by her brother and sister in law, James and Linda Ramian,of Illinois, sister in law, Margaret Sarr, of Norwalk, Ohio, and brother in law, Walter Ramian, of Washington.
She is preceded in death by her brothers Richard Sarr, Lyle Sarr, and George Dragomer, brothers in law, Lowell Miles and James Bogard and sisters in law, Jeanette Ramian and Joyce Sarr.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Norwalk First United Methodist Church, 60 West Main St. Norwalk, Ohio.
