David Allen Sullivan, Jr., 30, of Sandusky, passed away on Saturday morning, December 16, 2012 in the Erie County Care Facility from injuries sustained in a past automobile accident.
He was born on March 20, 1982 in Sandusky to the late Christine (Walton) and David Allen Sullivan, Sr.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. Always a jokester, David was a good friend and family member.
David is survived by his wife, Melissa (Motley) Sullivan, whom he married on Valentine's Day, 2011; children, Braylon, David, Donavon, Destiny, Déja, and Aydin; sisters, Christina Sullivan, Dawn Sullivan, Nina Sullivan, Sarah Sullivan, and Salina Sullivan, all of Sandusky; his one and only brother, Chad Sullivan, of Sandusky; paternal grandfather, Frank Sullivan; and numerous other family members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; paternal grandmother; and uncles.
At David's request, there will be no visitation and cremation will take place at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Memorial services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in David's memory to the family. Condolences may be shared at www.toftfh.com.
