Jared Michael Rhodes, 24, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday afternoon, December 15, 2012 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born on October 31, 1988 in Sandusky.
Jared attended the Ohio Business College. His family describes him as the best man in the world. He was always happy and would try to make somebody laugh. He made the family complete.
Jared is survived by his fiancée, Jeanette Charlton; her children, Shirley, Larry, Elijah, and one on the way; parents, Bobby L. and Willa (Pou) Rhodes; siblings, Betty Pou, Bobby Slade and Teneshia Slade, all of Greenville, S.C., Talia Pou, Texas, and Amber White, Sandusky; special cousin, Hernandez Delph; uncle, Junior Green; aunt, Myrtle Delph; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louise and Fred Pou, and Betty Green.
Friends may call on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Veno Kuhl, pastor of The River, will officiate.
