Carolyn Marie (Hatlay) Fazio age 52 of Clyde passed away Monday, Jan 21, 2013 at the University Of Toledo Medical Center, Toledo.
She was born March 27, 1960 in Sandusky the daughter of the late Doyle & Helen (Heishman) Hatlay.
Carolyn married her husband Jerry Fazio April 22, 1996 in Louisville, KY.
She was a homemaker. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed playing poker, doing arts and crafts and creating photo collages. She will be remembered as a great cook.
In addition to her husband she is survived by daughters; Nikki (Kyle) Falor of Delta, OH, Ashley (Russell) Fritz of Clyde, grandchildren; Adrian, Arianna, Ava, Alana, Derek, Christopher, Joseph, brothers; Gary Hatlay of Clyde, Rick Hatlay of Bellevue, David (Sharon) Hatlay of Clyde, James Hatlay of Clyde, Robert Hatlay of Clyde, sisters; Ruth Keegan of Clyde and Terry Curless of Tiffin.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Traci Witt Norman.
Friends will be received on Saturday, Jan 26, 2013 from 11:00 am until the funeral service at 1:00 pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde.
